Our mission is to help international employers explore workforce sourcing in Central Asia through a clear, requirements-led process.
SADR GROUP is developing its international recruitment and workforce solutions direction. The starting point is a conversation with the employer: what work needs to be done, which skills are essential and what conditions will be offered.
We agree on the scope and terms before organising sourcing and preliminary candidate screening. This approach keeps the search relevant and establishes responsibilities early in the process.
We aim to build long-term business relationships through transparent communication and realistic expectations. We do not promise candidate availability, hiring outcomes, visas or work permits.

Our preferred model is employment directly with the hiring company. SADR GROUP can support sourcing, preliminary screening and coordination within agreed services. Employers retain the final hiring decision, and applicable employment and immigration requirements must be addressed for the destination country.
