1. Current application setup

This version does not intentionally set application cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. It includes no advertising pixels, analytics tools, social media embeds or third-party maps. Photographs and fonts are served locally.

2. Form interaction

Form details are held on the open page while you complete an enquiry. An opening timestamp is sent with the form as a simple spam check. The application does not save form drafts to browser storage. Successful SMTP submission is described in the privacy policy draft.

3. Server-side protection

The application rate limiter uses server memory, not a tracking cookie. A reverse proxy or hosting provider may have separate security or logging behaviour, which must be assessed and reflected in this policy before launch.

4. Future changes

If analytics, embedded content or other cookie-based features are added, review the categories, purposes, providers, retention and consent requirements before enabling them. A consent interface may be required depending on the actual tools and applicable rules.

5. Questions

A verified company privacy contact must be added before public launch. Company and legal review is required to finalise this document.
